These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where SORA REMOVERR is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in that region.
